About
The European Chinese Arbitrators Association (ECAA) is a non-governmental association designated to European and Chinese arbitrators and arbitration experts. ECAA encourages cross-border nominations of arbitrators, the introduction of experienced Chinese arbitrators to European arbitration counsels and European arbitrators to Chinese arbitration counsels. ECAA has been founded by five Chinese arbitration experts and five European arbitration experts. It holds a management board as well as an advisory board.
ECAA is an independent platform for arbitrators with insights into Sino-European disputes. Besides its growing list of Members, ECAA invites experienced arbitrators to be added onto our List of Arbitrators.
